..........After 4 hours of sleep We set out to Paris. Our Total transit time was 20 hours of interrupted cat napping. We arrived at eastern time 4 am,but 10 am Paris time; even though we all felt like trowing up,and some of us did as the day progressed , we decided to do some sightseeing and attempted to stay up until the evening.
(We were told this is the best way to rid yourself of Jet lag, but it is not the easiest thing to do).
